Intern Services
We offer reduced-rate services with our Indiana University–Columbus counseling interns ($35/session). Some insurance may be accepted for intern sessions.
Policies
Payment Policies
Copayments
Copayments are expected at the time of service and will be verified with your primary insurance provider.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel by phone up to 6 hours before your appointment with no fee.
- Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $35 fee.
- Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
- Emergency cancellations are addressed on an individual basis.
Sliding Scale
Due to set insurance reimbursement agreements, Inclusive Options is not able to offer a sliding fee scale. Please discuss any payment difficulty directly with your therapist.
Balance Billing
Inclusive Options does not participate in balance billing. If your insurance denies payment for a service, you will be billed at the standard rate as no payment was made by the insurer.
Court, Reports & Records
Additional charges apply for report preparation, records requests, and court appearances at the standard hourly rate (minimum ¼ hour, then in ¼ hour increments). Payment is due at the time of service.
Payment Methods
We accept most HSA, credit, and debit cards. Checks payable to: Inclusive Options, LLC.
CareCredit Financing
We proudly accept the CareCredit credit card to help you finance your healthcare needs. Pay online at the time of care, after receiving a post-care bill, or up to 30 days before your appointment. Special financing options are available on purchases of $200 or more.
