Our Founders
Built on Community, Driven by Purpose
Angela Allen (NCC, LMHC, BCBA) founded Inclusive Options with the belief that every individual deserves access to mental health services regardless of their label or ability. With a Master's degree and 10+ years serving Columbus schools and families, she leads our clinical team with expertise in counseling and applied behavior analysis.
Co-owner Joseph Allen brings a background in Computer Science, business management, and IT leadership to ensure Inclusive Options runs with the efficiency and care that our clients and staff deserve.
